The 21st International Congress on the Education of the Deaf (ICED 2010) will be held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada., from July 18 to 22, 2010.

The Leaders Summit precedes the Congress and will take place all day long on Sunday, July 18th, at the Morris J. Wosk Center for Dialogue. My deaf Canadian friend says: "This is an excellent time and place to demand the official apology from the ICED who forbad sign language 130 years ago at the 1880 Milan Congress."
